Política de Reserva de Lecturas

Todos los servicios deben reservarse en el sitio web de auraliri. Tiene hasta dos horas antes de la hora de la cita seleccionada para cancelar y solicitar un reembolso. Pasadas las dos horas, no es elegible para un reembolso a menos que nunca haya recibido el servicio, haya pasado el tiempo de respuesta (sin cita) y no haya recibido una notificación sobre los retrasos en el servicio. Las personas que no se presentan a una cita sin previo aviso o confirmación de reprogramación no son elegibles para un reembolso. Todos los servicios sin cita tienen un tiempo de respuesta de 24 a 72 horas. No nos envíe varios mensajes ni nos apresure para que le brindemos un servicio. Auraliri quiere brindar servicios rápidos y eficientes, pero pueden ocurrir demoras ocasionalmente. No es necesario que nos envíe un mensaje de confirmación después de la reserva o dentro del tiempo de respuesta de 72 horas. Solo es elegible para un reembolso si ha pasado el tiempo de respuesta y no le hemos notificado sobre ningún retraso y no ha recibido su servicio.

Las reservas de citas para el mismo día deben realizarse hasta tres horas antes de la hora deseada. Cualquier reserva con menos de tres horas de antelación tendrá un coste de 30 $. Una vez finalizado un servicio, no podrá solicitar un reembolso. Cualquier persona que envíe mensajes varias veces, se apresure a la hora de la lectura o no siga las instrucciones quedará temporalmente bloqueada y no podrá reservar ningún otro servicio. Las infracciones múltiples tendrán como resultado una prohibición permanente de poder reservar con Auraliri.
