Booking Policy for Services
All services must be booked on the auraliri website.You have until two hours before your selected appointment time to cancel and claim a refund. Once past the two hour mark you are not eligible for a refund unless you never received the service, it is past the turnaround time (non-appointment) and you were not notified about service delays. Appointment no-shows without previous warning or reschedule confirmation are not eligible for a refund. All non-appointment services have a turnaround time of 24-72 hours. Please do not send us multiple messages or rush us for a service. Auraliri wants to provide fast and efficient services, but delays can happen occasionally. You do not need to send us a confirmation message after booking or within the 72 hour turnaround time. You are only eligible for a refund if it is past the turnaround time and we haven’t notified you of any delays and you have not received your service.
Same day appointment bookings must be made up to three hours before desired time. Anything less than three hours will result in a fee of $30. Once a service is completed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Anyone who messages multiple times, rushes for their reading, or doesn’t follow directions will be temporarily blocked from booking any other service. Multiple violations will result in a permanent ban from being able to book with Auraliri.
