Shipping Policy for Products

All orders will be shipped out within 2-10 business days. You are eligible for a refund after the 10 business days if and only if you did not receive any updates from us regarding shipping delays. If your package gets lost with any shipping company you are eligible for a refund, store credit, or we will reship your order. Once we reship a missing package, we will not reissue another shipment after sending twice. You may only claim a refund on missing or broken items within 30 days after purchasing. You are eligible to exchange items within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days no order is eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Auraliri does ship internationally for an additional fee. If you don’t have proof of purchase you will only be eligible for a store credit within the 30 day guarantee.
